For the first time ever a proprietary matching technology is employed in real time which rates potential candidates for a job position allowing employers to reduce resume review time by up to 85% !! The system focuses on standardization of not only primary skill sets but secondary and soft skill sets which often have critical matching needs for an employer. The standardization is governed by a standards body and is ever improving through the open capabilities of the system to accept, review and add new skills and descriptions which are given final approval by the standards body.
